Proactive features of PROtect
- Up to 25 searches daily
With the PROtect plan, you can perform up to 25 searches daily. PROtect subscribers have access to all the sources of their results: website addresses containing photos of them and links to source images.
- Up to 15 PimEyes’ Alerts
A PimEyes’ Alert is the notification you get when we find a photo of you. With the PROtect plan you can set up to 15 Alerts.
- Managing current and future results
As a PROtect subscriber, you can manage your results:
- exclude them from being displayed in publicly available searches
- report images from results in order to take them down from external websites
- revert results from being excluded.

Choose the PROtect package that fits the number of planned takedowns:
- PROtect with 120 agent minutes, which will result in approximately 40 takedowns
- PROtect Plus with 240 agent minutes and 80 takedowns
- PROtect Pro is the max package with 480 agent minutes and 160 takedowns
- Professional service for Takedown Requests
In the PROtect plan, you have at your disposal several hour per month of professional services during which our agent endeavors to remove your photos from the source websites. At this time our agent will:
- find the owners/administrators of the websites where the unwanted images appear
- draft and send multiple DMCA/GDPR Takedown Notices on your behalf
- monitor if the photos have been removed and report to you the results of their interventions

Face-search on the Advanced level
- Unlimited unlocked searches
Advanced subscribers benefit from unlimited searches. They can also access all the sources of their results: website addresses containing photos of them and links to source images.
- Up to 500 PimEyes’ Alerts
With the Advanced plan you can set up to 500 Alerts.
- Deep Search
The Deep Search mechanism allows searching our index in a more thorough way. It is possible that by performing a Deep Search you will receive more results with a given face than in a regular search.
- Generating PDF and CSV reports from the results
With the Advanced plan, all the results can be easily exported to PDF or CSV files. There are no limitations on the number of results that can be exported to files.

FAQ
To buy and activate a subscription, you can use the payment options offered by FastSpring, PayPal, or Transaction Cloud, as well as Credit or Debit card.
Our services can be purchased only as a subscription. If you want to use subscription only for a month feel free to cancel it any time. You will still be able to use the service till the end of the billing period.
Changing a payment method is possible only through FastSpring Account Management. Please click on the following link to access FastSpring Account Management: https://pimeyes.onfastspring.com/account. Once there, complete the necessary form and wait for further instructions in your email. Please follow the guidelines on this page: https://fastspring.com/question-a-charge/#update-billing-info after successfully logging into the Account Management site.

Go to Settings.In the "Payments" section, click the "Orders & Subscriptions" button. You'll be redirected to the list of your subscriptions, orders and transactions.
In the unlikely event of exceptional circ*mstances, the operator maintains the right to assess each refund request individually, using the standards of good faith and ethical business conduct as the guiding principles in the evaluation process. A refund cannot be issued if the subscriber has performed at least one search query or has set up a minimum of one alert. Additionally, if the subscriber chooses to deactivate their account, a refund will not be possible.
You can cancel your active subscription from the user’s panel:
Go to Settings.In the "Payments" section, click the "Orders & Subscriptions" button. You'll be redirected to the list of your subscriptions and orders.Click the "Cancel subscription" button on the subscription you would like to cancel.
If you're using a smartphone, follow these steps:Access the user's panel by clicking on the "My Account" button from the menu on our main page.Open the menu again and click on the settings button at the bottom of the list.In the "Payments" section, click the "Orders & Subscriptions" button. You'll be redirected to the list of your subscriptions and orders.Click the "Cancel subscription" button on the subscription you would like to cancel.
After you cancel your subscription, you still keep access to you account for the current billing period.
Please remember that your subscription renews itself automatically until you cancel it. A lack of funds on your bank account or credit/debit card isn’t enough to cancel your subscription. In this situation, the payments processor will repeatedly try to charge you until the payment is successful.
Canceling a subscription does not imply removing your account. If you want to remove your account, follow the instructions: Access the user's panel by signing in. Navigate to the "Settings" tab. Within the "Settings" section, locate the "Delete account" button. Validate your decision by confirming the account deletion process. Note that this action is irreversible.
