The Standard Dog-Proofer Fence Extension Arms are used to extend existing fences for dogs who just need the fence to be higher. For dogs who areclimbers,we recommend the Houdini-Proof Dog-Proofer Arms. The Standard Dog-Proofer Fence Extension Arms, when coupled with our strong poly mesh or welded wire will combine to make your fence up to 3' taller. The arms are designed to easily attach to most fences, walls, andgates. The universal mounting bracketallowsthe arms to be secured with standard fasteners to most fences and wall and accommodate U-Bolts to allow the arms to fasten to round and square metal posts.

VERY EFFECTIVE!
We have a very energetic black lab that of course figured out how to jump the brand new fence I installed. Aggravating as that is, and because I didn't want to rebuild the fence, I ordered the DogProofer fence extension kit through Amazon. It's kind of funny to watch her realize she can't escape! She's made multiple attempts only to be thwarted by this system. The poles are very solid and the netting seems to withstand her attempts. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps the company could figure out a way to connect the netting to the top of the post somehow so it is a bit more secure. The wire ties work well, but the top just needs a tweak. I'd still buy it again if I had to. Customer service was also great as I needed a few additional poles and they were quick to reply and ship. Highly recommended to keep your pets in and other animals out.

Dogproofer proved themselves!
Well, the day came when our 60# hound mix proved to us that jumping the fence was no trouble at all. Something had to be done. We scratched our heads quite a bit in an attempt to design for ourselves a solution that would solve the problem. Fortunately, however, we looked online and found DOGPROOFER. It looked like the perfect way to go, and it was! We extended the height of our existing fence 3 ft, and there just isn’t a way for “Nelly” to escape. In addition to the excellence of their product, dog-roofer has an excellent website AND customer service. We were able to email them photos of our existing fence - with its 3 gates - and work over the phone with Don in customer service, who helped us put together an order with the appropriate quantities of posts and netting. We are so happy with the results, the cost , and the service. Excellent company!
Should also mention that using the dogproofer system did not ruin the look of our yard or impact our view, This was a concern of ours that turned out not to be a problem.

LIFE SAVER!
We live in the country and our dogs jumped out of their fenced yard and jumped in with our pet goats and lethally injured one. We were devastated as you can imagine. Someone recommended this company and it solved all our problems. Our yard is huge so it was very pricey to enclose and took a few days but was totally worth it. The design team helped with figuring what we need, and purchasing was simple. My friend and I installed it ourselves to PVC fencing which took additional prep but we got pretty good at it and it went pretty fast once we got it figured out. It has kept them contained now for about 6 weeks. They both tried to jump through it one time only. Highly recommend product, our dogs are contained and our view of our property isn't impacted.

extension perfect on chainlink
I installed the straight extension on chain link, did 300 feet with 3 gates, in 3 days..by myself. day 1 set all the extension posts, able to do 30-40 ft one piece runs of fence (tip ..use hooks at top of posts to hold fence in place as you set the fence material..only overlap at bottom a little bit so to have as much height as possible..OK to exceed top of posts by a few inches.

great purchase!
I have a four foot black decorative aluminum fence my dog was jumping. It would have cost 3-5x more for me to have a taller fence installed. I purchased the post extensions and she has not even tried to jump over it! Customer service was very helpful in helping me decide what to order and install it. It did take a full day to 1.5 days to install (for me) but it is not very difficult. Just may take 3 people because the mesh is a little unwieldy. I am very please with the appearance, though. It almost blends in to the background of my yard.

Great product!
I got tired of my neighbor's large dog aggressive dog trying to jump our fence to get to our puppy when we would take her out for potty training. Finally had a heated confrontation with the neighbor, who said his dog didn't do that. Looked for something to raise the height of the fence and found your product.
It was a God send! We're seniors and put it up by ourselves. Very easy. Next day, neighbor and dog were outside. Dog came charging, didn't notice the fence, and bounced off of it. I yelled over, "I thought your dog didn't do that!". Haven't seen dog or neighbor since and we can potty train our puppy in peace!
