“Visited for the first time yesterday 2/17/24. Arrived at 4:38p and was informed that there was a 2-2.5 hour wait. My wife and I decided to wait it out. I stood for the next couple of hours watching the Manager and hostesses explain the wait and at one point due to full capacity explain that they could not accept any more seatings but to try calling in 1/2 hour or so to see if there were any cancellations. The entire time these young ladies were polite and courteous even when receiving rude reactions. We were seated and the drinks and food were well worth the wait. I felt that these 3 deserved some sort of reward for their efforts. I purchased a drink for the Manager as she was the only one of the 3 of drinking age and tipped the other 2, thanking them for all they did. We will for sure be back. Sayulita should be proud of you all!“

We knew the food would be great because it always is. But they worked with us on portions when we got our headcount. This saved us money and allowed us to buy a greater number of items. Ignore the online catering menu and go in and talk to them since they will break anything down to a half tray and really help you have a great event. Super impressed, 100% recommend and we will of course go back time and time again!“

Hidden in La plaza del Mercado, this spot has the most amazing tripe soup, where the tripe was properly cleaned, no funky taste/smell, cooked perfectly tender. “I'm originally from California and have been STRUGGLING to find good, well seasoned Hispanic/Mexican food since I moved to New England. This place is by far the best I've found in Connecticut. I had the Birria Tacos, chips, salsa and guacamole and the whole experience tasted and felt like home. I am struggling no more. The tacos and broth were so well seasoned and so filling.
